Eccolo Italian Restaurant Located in Hillarys, Eccolo is a contemporary Italian restaurant renowned for delivering authentic Italian cuisine, handcrafted desserts, and exceptional dining experiences in a warm and welcoming environment.
This role is suited to an experienced Cook with a passion for Italian cuisine who takes pride in preparing, seasoning and cooking quality meals, presenting dishes to a consistently high standard, maintaining food safety and hygiene requirements, and contributing to the efficient operation of a fast-paced commercial kitchen.

hygiene and workplace safety procedures Store food correctly and rotate stock Assist with stock control and report shortages Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service Qualification & experience AQF Certificate III with at least two years of relevant on-the-job training, or an AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), or at least three years of relevant commercial cooking experience.
Demonstrated experience preparing and cooking food in a commercial kitchen, preferably with Italian cuisine.
