We're growing in Gunnedah and need a Mechanical Supervisor who can run a crew on site and still get hands-on when the job calls for it.
The role
You'll coordinate daily maintenance, plan shutdowns and inspections, and work alongside your crew on pulley, bearing, and mechanical work when needed.
You'll own the safety culture on site and act as the main contact for clients who expect straight answers and consistent work.

What you'll need
Certificate of Proficiency in Engineering – Mechanical (fabrication trades welcome to apply)
Solid experience in preventive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting
The ability to coach a crew and lead by example, not just from the office
Dogging and Rigging tickets (highly regarded, not essential)
Solid communication and client-facing skills
Confidence working independently and adapting to changing site conditions
