The Sales Representative will manage a portfolio of customers, respond to inquiries, and provide product recommendations for machinery parts and related solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing orders, following up on leads.
The role involves visiting client sites when needed, building solid relationships with purchasing and maintenance teams,



and identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
The Sales Representative will collaborate with management to ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of sales processes.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in sales or account management, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or machinery-related sectors.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Solid understanding of basic mechanical or technical concepts, or willingness to learn product specifications for machinery parts.Effective time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment.Comfort with conducting client visits in the Perth, WA area and working both independently and as part of a team.Relevant education or training in business, sales, or a technical field is beneficial, but equivalent experience will be considered.Valid authorization to work in Australia; valid driver's license for local travel is an advantage.
