We restrict our portfolios to a manageable cap of approximately 140 properties per Property Manager.

The Role
As a key member of our Property Management team, you will run your portfolio with pride, support, and autonomy.
Your focus will include:
Liaising directly with Landlords and Tenants to build strong,



lasting relationships
Arranging property maintenance promptly and as required to keep assets in top condition
Interpreting WA property legislation to mitigate risk and add genuine value for your clients
Providing proactive and professional guidance to landlords regarding the performance and management of their properties
Leveraging integrated technology platforms to seamlessly and efficiently run your portfolio
Utilising our supportive team environment to grow your career and experience through many ongoing opportunities
Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members, including Property Managers, Associates, Leasing Partners, and Cadets
What We're Looking For
Current WA Property Management Registration & valid WA Driver's License
1+ years of experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
An enthusiasm for adopting new technology and efficient systems
A resilient, patient, and collaborative attitude that aligns with our family culture
Ability to complete a National Police Clearance prior to commencement
