About Insprove
Insprove is a Brisbane-based consultancy specialising in government digital transformation program delivery.
We work with QLD and Commonwealth agencies to deliver complex transformation, legacy system replacement, and digital uplift programs.
Insprove is looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support a federal government client's ICT transformation program in Canberra.
This is a 12-month contract (with potential for up to 2 x 12-month extensions), full-time and on-site in Canberra, 5 days per week.
Estimated start date is late September ****.
The Role
You will lead and deliver end-to-end organisational change management across digital transformation programs and projects.
This is hands-on work, not just strategy.
You'll be conducting impact assessments, building change plans, coaching senior leaders, managing stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption across the organisation.
What we need
Active NV1 security clearance (non-negotiable, must be current)
Canberra-based or willing to relocate (no remote or interstate arrangements)
Proven experience leading OCM activities for ICT or digital transformation programs
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including coaching senior sponsors
Experience applying structured change management methodologies (PROSCI, APMG or equivalent) within program environments
Ability to assess organisational readiness and proactively manage change risks across multiple initiatives
Highly regarded
Formal change management certification (PROSCI, APMG or equivalent)
Experience in government or large complex enterprise environments
Familiarity with agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery in ICT settings
Experience with perks realisation and measuring change outcomes
