Support probability model development and validation
Apply probabilistic planning to Eastern or Central sites 2YP plans
Translate MTP probability insights into the 2YP planning horizon
Quantify plan confidence, variability drivers and lowest-probability plan components
Support site-level risk appetite and mitigation conversations
Partner with operational and technical stakeholders to understand execution constraints, dependencies and bottlenecks
Define how probability outputs inform assumptions, buffers, sequencing and mine plan handovers
Support site routines to interpret and act on probability outputs
About You
You are a technically capable mining professional who enjoys solving complex planning challenges, working across disciplines, and translating analytical insights into practical outcomes.
You will bring:
A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Geology or a related discipline
Production scheduling or tactical mine planning experience
Strong understanding of plan executability, constraints, buffers and variability
Experience working with site teams and operational routines
Ability to convert probabilistic outputs into practical planning actions
Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into practical actions and recommendations
