About the Role
As a Store Manager you will lead from the front as you drive store performance, coach your team, and create a positive, customer-first culture.Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiencyDrive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targetsReport directly to the Regional ManagerLead stocktake processes and team developmentChampion a collaborative, customer-focused environmentRecruit, coach, and build a high-performing team
What You'll Bring:




You are a driven and hands-on store leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
With a strong focus on people, performance, and presentation, you lead by example and bring out the best in your team - always putting the customer first.Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff.)Proven ability to drive results through service and operationsStrong communication and team leadership skillsAttention to detail and visual merchandising standardsSolid computer and system skillsFirst Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Full-time availability, including weekendsFull Australian working rights
