Working within the Quality team, you'll play a key role in analysing customer and product data, identifying trends, supporting complaint management activities and helping ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data, communicating findings and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.Reporting to the Quality Operations & Post Market Surveillance Manager, you'll join a supportive team with full training and handover provided.Duties:Analyse and interpret post-market and complaint dataIdentify trends, adverse events and out-of-trend resultsManage and maintain complaint records within internal systemsSupport complaint investigations and adverse event reportingPrepare reports, presentations and data summaries for stakeholdersPresent findings to local and international teamsParticipate in weekly data review meetingsFollow SOPs, work instructions and quality processesCollaborate with Quality, Regulatory,



Engineering and Technical Services teamsSkills & Experience:Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science or a related disciplineExperience within the medical device, pharmaceutical or another ISO-regulated workplace is advantageousStrong Excel skills; experience with large datasets and Pivot Tables (highly regarded)Experience analysing data and identifying trendsExcellent communication and presentation skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesUnderstanding of ISO standards and GMP processes (highly regarded)Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools (highly regarded)Culture & Benefits:Training and handover providedSupportive, collaborative technical teamExposure to a global medical device organisationOpportunity to develop experience in Post Market Surveillance, Complaint Handling and Data AnalyticsPotential for longer-term opportunities
