The Role
You will manage the sales process from prospecting through to settlement while building a strong pipeline of future business.
Your responsibilities will include:Building relationships with property owners, buyers and local contactsProspecting consistently and identifying recent business opportunitiesConducting market appraisals and listing presentationsSecuring listings and developing effective campaign strategiesManaging buyer enquiry, private inspections and open homesNegotiating offers and guiding clients through the sales processMaintaining regular and meaningful communication with vendors and buyersBuilding your personal profile within the local communityWorking closely with our sales, marketing and administration teamsDelivering a professional and seamless client experience
Who We Are Looking For

You will ideally have:A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, or the ability to obtain onePrevious real estate sales experience or experience in a customer-focused sales roleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence conducting appraisals and client presentationsStrong local knowledge or a willingness to develop it quicklyA current driver licence and reliable vehicle
