About the role - Senior Supervisor - Tonkin Extension Alliance
After securing the Tonkin Extension Alliance Project, we're looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to join our friendly, hard-working team.
You'll work closely with our Superintendent and larger project team to make sure day-to-day site activities run smoothly.
From managing crews and subcontractors to planning, sequencing, and keeping an eye on safety and quality, you'll play a key role in bringing this major infrastructure project to life.

Key Responsibilities
Leading your section of works to achieve programme, cost and quality targetsCoordinating labour, plant,



materials and subcontractors across multiple work frontsDriving a strong safety culture aligned with our Safety is My Way approachMentoring and developing supervisors, leading hands and crewsPlanning and sequencing works on a complex live siteMaintaining clear communication with project stakeholders, including senior leadership and client representativesContributing to daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and site coordination meetings
About You
You will ideally have:
Minimum 5+ years' experience in a civil construction supervisory roleStrong Main Roads / WA infrastructure experienceExposure to earthworks, pavements, drainage, services and finishing worksExperience managing large crews across multiple work frontsBulk earthworks, haulage and placement capabilityStrong planning, coordination and problem-solving skillsConfident, clear communication and leadership styleA genuine commitment to safety, quality and team culture
