We are a specialist ICT consultancy who is looking to engage an experienced Business System Support Analyst with good previous experience of supporting multiple integrated business applications and systems.
On offer is an initial 6 Month contract, with a possibility of a further 6 Month extension.
Primarily you will be providing first-level triage and support for incoming IT issues, including system enhancements, bugs, user queries.
You will be supporting multiple integrated business systems and some GIS/spatial systems.
You will also work with Business Analysts and IT teams to ensure accurate problem identification, timely resolutions, and clear communication to end users.
Ideal Background & Experience:
Minimum of 2-6 years' experience in an application support, System integration or service desk environment.
Ideally at level 1/2.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Be reliable and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
Hands on experience supporting MS suite and MS Dynamics CRM or similar
Exposure to supporting custom or specialised systems and applications
Good knowledge ServiceNow for logging and tracking issues.




Basic understanding of ITIL processes or similar service management frameworks.
Experience of creating concise, well-structured documentation (e.g., issue logs, resolutions, user guides).
Nice to have:
Previous experience within WA Government highly regarded
Any previous experience in UAT coordination or hands-on user testing
ITIL certifications
Any previous experience of supporting Mining data related or GIS / Spatial Systems like ArcGIS or other ESRI products would be highly desirable
On offer:
An on-going long-term contract position where you will play an integral role within a highly skilled and dynamic team.
Hybrid role - Perth CBD site-based with WFH options 1 to 2 days per week
7.5 hour day - Mon-Fri business hours only.
No on call or out of hours work required
Immediate start (however this is negotiable)
Pay rate of circa $50 to $55 per hour inclusive of super.
