The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and customer-focused Cladding & Formwork Dispatch / Yard Person to join our team at the Breakwater Branch.
This is a hands-on role that combines dispatch and yard operations with customer service and order processing responsibilities.
You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and dispatched while supporting branch operations through quoting, order entry, and customer communications.
Your Role
As our Cladding & Formwork Dispatch / Yard Person, you will ensure customer orders are picked, packed and loaded safely and accurately while maintaining a safe and organised yard.
You will also support branch operations by preparing quotes, processing orders in Pronto, responding to customer email enquiries, and independently managing ad hoc customer pick-up orders.
You will be required to maintain a current forklift licence and driver's licence.
What You'll Need
Current forklift licence (essential)
Current driver's licence
Previous experience in warehousing, dispatch or yard operations preferred
Experience in customer service,



order processing or internal sales support highly regarded
Experience using Pronto or a similar ERP system advantageous
Timber or building products industry experience advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer skills and confidence using email and business systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise competing tasks
Reliable, professional and team-oriented approach
Commitment to workplace health and safety procedures
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties when required
