Preferably with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or other related courses With at least three years of work experience in a financing company or banking industry, two years preferably in a managerial level Has experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies Must have technical marketing skills, product and industry knowledge Has excellent skills in communication (written and oral), decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution Can build rapport with both internal and external clients Can handle pressure and challenging situations Willing to travel for fieldwork
