Knight Health is seeking a detail orientated and proactive Results Officer to kick start our centralised team in Head Office.
This newly created role plays a critical part in ensuring medical assessment results are processed accurately and delivered to clients on the same day.
Working closely with our clinics and health professionals, the Results Officer will coordinate, review and facilitate the timely release of medical results to clients, supporting operational efficiency and exceptional client service standards.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, high attention to detail, and experience in a fast paced healthcare or occupational health environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Process and facilitate medical assessment results through the Knight Health Hub and internal systems.
Ensure same-day turnaround of medical results wherever clinically appropriate.
Liaise with clinic teams to obtain outstanding documentation, reports, or clarifications required for result finalisation.
Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to release.
Coordinate with medical practitioners and health professionals to support timely sign-off of reports.
Provide high quality, confidential administrative support in line with privacy and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure client files are up to date.
Respond to internal and external enquiries regarding medical results in a skilled and timely manner.
Escalate urgent or complex matters appropriately to clinical leadership.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance turnaround times and operational efficiency.
Actively contribute to the ongoing success and growth of Knight Health through continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working in reception/administration
Experience within the occupational health industry is highly desirable
Proficient computer literacy skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Positive can-do attitude.
Reliable and punctual.
