The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead cleaning service delivery atUniversity of Queensland St Lucia(Multiple Sites) .
This is a key leadership role with accountability for operational performance, client satisfaction, and team leadership across multiple University of Queensland sites.
You will lead from the front, driving a high-performing culture while ensuring exceptional service outcomes.
You will be responsible for running day to day cleaning services and scheduled periodical works.Full-Time Salaried PositionMonday to Friday with some weekends and public holidays availability required.What You'll Be DoingLead and manage site operations from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality across all service functionsBuild and maintain strong, proactive client relationshipsEnsure outstanding service delivery and client satisfactionDrive team performance across supervisors, team leaders and cleaning staffOversee workforce planning, rosters, and labour optimisationEnsure compliance with WHS, company policies,
