About the Role:
We have an opening for a reliable and diligent Yard Hand to join our Stapylton site.
This is a physical role that is predominantly outdoors, where you will play a key role in ensuring our yard is tidy, organised, and presented to a high standard.
This is a casual position working up to 30 hours a week.
We understand that flexibility is important, so times and days can be tailored to suit the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Mowing, weed control, and garden maintenance.
General site cleaning, minor building repairs, and signage maintenance.
Managing waste, recycling, and general site upkeep.
Monitoring, testing, and checking harvested water systems.
Local pick-ups and deliveries as required
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Current and valid driver's licence (an MR licence or greater is highly regarded).
Current and valid forklift ticket (LF).
Attributes of reliability, practicality, being physically fit, and have a proactive attitude.
Excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
A positive mindset and a commitment to supporting the wider team.
A strong, proven commitment to following all company WHS processes & procedures.
The successful candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
