In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a team, delivering a range of services aimed at helping participants live independently, actively participate in their local community, and engage in meaningful opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Providing personalized care and support to clients with varying disabilities, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and dignityAssisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeepingEngaging clients in recreational and social activities to promote their well-being and independenceCommunicating effectively with clients, their families, and the broader care team to ensure a coordinated and holistic approachAdhering to all relevant policies, procedures,



and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environmentWhat we're looking forMinimum 6 months' experience in a similar disability support or aged care role, with a genuine passion for making a positive difference in people's livesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientsPatience, empathy, and a person-centered approach to careA current First Aid, CPR certificate, NDIS WC, WWCC.Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, are highly desirableAbility to drive house vehicles (Sedan, MPV) and a Valid Australian Drivers License.What we offerFlexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyleOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesA supportive and inclusive team environmentCompetitive remuneration and employee benefitsSuccessful candidates will be required to transparent all state-based probity checks.
