Mazda Australia is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager – Fleet & Corporate to join our WA State Office in Kewdale and grow our fleet and corporate presence across key business sectors.
In this strategic role, you will build strong partnerships with corporate customers, leasing companies and dealer networks while identifying new business opportunities, managing fleet solutions and driving commercial growth across the Mazda brand.
This role involves working five days a week from the State Office and regularly visiting corporate customers, leasing companies, and dealer networks to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and ensure seamless support across the business.
You'll also receive a Mazda vehicle as part of your role!
Key Responsibilities include: Drive fleet and corporate sales growth through strategic business development initiativesIdentify and secure new fleet and corporate opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with corporate customers, leasing companies, dealers, and key stakeholdersPrepare tender submissions and pricing recommendationsCollaborate with National Fleet, Sales teams,



and dealer networks to achieve business targetsInfluence senior decision-makers and support the delivery of Mazda Fleet programsManage fleet administration, reporting, and evaluation vehicle programs
About You: You are a commercially minded professional with strong industry knowledge and proven relationship-building skills.
Highly organised and proactive, you confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels and use your communication, negotiation and analytical skills to drive successful business outcomes.
To be successful, you will have:Proven business development experience within the automotive, fleet, or finance industryStrong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skillsExperience managing corporate accounts, fleet opportunities, and tender submissionsCommercially minded with solid analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHighly motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
