Play a key role in ensuring that Election delivery is protected against emerging security threatsLeverage your expertise in technical and process analysis to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, complex setting with firm deadlines.Help safeguard democracy in NSW through intelligence driven analysisWe are recruiting an experienced Integrity and Security Analyst to join the NSW Electoral Commission.This is a hands-on operational security intelligence role, suited to intelligence professions with 10+ years experience in an investigative or law enforcement environment who want their work to directly influence frontline operations and public safety outcomes.If you background is tactical and operational intelligence, producing intelligence that drives real world decisions, this role offers meaningful impact, complexity and purpose.About the roleAs an Integrity and Security Analyst in the Safeguards and Integrity Group, you will work closely with operational teams and external partners to:Identify high risk locations and behavioursIdentify security risk and vulnerabilitiesInform planning prioritiesProduce intelligence products that support operational decision makingThe role is an Ongoing Full-time position.Key knowledge, experience and essential requirementsAs the successful candidate, you will have:Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.Significant experience (10 years plus) in law enforcement (NSW Police/AFP/intelligence agencies) or a closely related field or discipline.Ability to understand and apply regulatory instruments based on sound knowledge of relevant legislation and the legislative framework, government policies and reforms,
