In this role, you'll help lead the Golf Shop team, deliver high-quality service to members and guests, support daily operations, and contribute to the successful delivery of golf events and golf days.Working closely with the Golf Operations Manager, you'll supervise and coordinate team activities, assist with rostering, stock management, merchandising, cash handling, member enquiries, equipment hire, and the overall presentation of the Golf Shop.
You'll also play an important role in building strong member and guest relationships, promoting RACV facilities and services, and maintaining a secure,
