Your day‐to‐day
Manage a portfolio of complex, high‐value, or unusual motor claims end‐to‐end




Assess coverage in line with policy terms, ICA and regulatory frameworks
Conduct detailed investigations including Day‐1 reviews and fact validation
Communicate clearly with customers regarding processes, entitlements, and outcomes
Coordinate with assessors, repairers, underwriters, and external specialists
Manage claim costs, maintain accurate reserves, and negotiate outcomes
Identify and elevate compliance or risk concerns
Apply reasonable care assessments and make evidence‐based determinations
Support customers experiencing vulnerability and initiate fast‐track processes when required
Build strong relationships across technical, assessing, investigation and dispute resolution teams
Keep claims progressing efficiently toward finalisation
Contribute to continuous improvement and support project work when needed
About You
Experience in Motor Claims (essential)
Robust technical understanding of policy application and claims assessment
High emotional intelligence with excellent customer communication skills
Ability to manage complex information and make confident, fair decisions
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capability
Investigation experience (highly desirable)
Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance obligations
Resilient, solutions‐focused and calm under pressure
Collaborative, proactive and eager to support team success
