Join us as the Bar Manager and be part of something recent from day one.Our newest venue will bring together exceptional food, vibrant hospitality and stunning views to create one of Sydney's most exciting dining experiences at Manly Wharf.As Bar Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the bar while working closely with the broader leadership team.
You'll lead from the front, mentor and train staff, maintain product and service excellence, and ensure the bar operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.Key responsibilities include:Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service, every shiftDrive cocktail and beverage standards, presentation, and consistencyMaintain compliance with liquor licensing and responsible service standardsOversee stock control, ordering, inventory, and cost managementImplement and monitor procedures to improve speed, quality, and efficiencySupport and deliver memorable guest experiences, including VIP and event serviceWork collaboratively with kitchen and floor teams to ensure seamless operationsWhat we are looking for:Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in premium dining or high-end bar environmentsStrong beverage knowledge — cocktails, wine,
