We are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of water treatment plants, with a wide range of technologies, and a strong future order book for plants to be installed in Australia and overseas.
THE ROLE
MAK Water are currently looking for a Senior Service Technician to join the WA Service Team.
Reporting to the WA Service Manager, the core duties include:
Completing scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance to clients' water treatment plants
Reporting service outcomes
Take responsibility for service outcomes to improve customer satisfaction
Assist with system upgrades and improvements
Participate in water treatment plant commissioning
Assisting Service Manager WA in senior duties for clients and office based tasks
Travel required to various WA sites
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
The successful application will have:
Water & Wastewater treatment experience
Cert 3 or 4 in Water Industry Operations - highly desirable
A valid Australian Driver's License and clean driving record




Experience working independently
Strong problem solving capability and technical skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
The ability to interpret engineering drawings and write service reports
Flexibility to travel to site
A relevant trade qualification (mechanical/plumbing/electrical) will be looked at favourably.
