The role is critical to ensuring the safety of our workers, roadside crews, road users, and the public.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain traffic control in accordance with approved Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) and Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)Safely control vehicle and pedestrian movements using boom gates, stop/slow bats, and other approved devicesSet up, monitor, adjust, and remove traffic control signage and devices as requiredCommunicate clearly with motorists, pedestrians,



site workers, and supervisorsIdentify and report hazards, incidents, near misses, and non-conformancesMaintain a skilled, courteous attitude at all timesWear and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Complete daily required site documentation and recordsMandatory RequirementsCurrent Traffic Control qualification TC & IMPValid White Card (General Construction Induction)Valid ABNPWZ and TMA licences are an advantageAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsGood communication skillsPhysically fit and capable of standing for extended periodsCar and Australian licence
