Your day to day duties will include:Manage ***** buildings / **** lots in the Eastern SuburbsLiaise with committee membersPrepare and conduct AGMs and ECM'sEnsure and enforce Legislative and By-Law complianceReview financial documents and preparing budgetsThe CandidateMust have Strata experience - Can be minimal - Willing to train!
