We have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced claims consultant to join our busy insurance practice on a full-time basis.Your duties will include:new claim lodgmentssupport in the management of the portfolio of clientsprocess motor claims and data entrydrafting and amending a wide range of legal documentsreviewing and analysing documentsliaising with clients, agents, lawyers and suppliersmaintain and create documents and spreadsheetsanswer phone calls and client queriesundertaking research tasksgeneral office administration, including scanning, photocopying, filing and archiving documents.We are looking for a candidate who:has experience in claims management including settlements and recoveries - preferably from work at another insurance companyis able to manage high volume tasks of fileshas high-level communication and client relationship skillshas excellent work ethic, is motivated and willing to learnis able to work independentlypossess excellent communication skillshas excellent attention to detailis able to manage their time effectively and efficiently.
