termination, and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intercom, and communications systemsLead security projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are achievedCoordinate and mentor technicians to deliver high‐quality, compliant installationsLiaise with clients, builders, and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issuesEnsure strict adherence to WHS, site procedures, and company standardsProvide regular project updates to management using company project management systemsProactively identify issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project performanceWhat you needStrong technical background in the security or communications tradeProven experience working within construction environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead works on site and guide teamsExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, builders, and stakeholders at all levelsStrong organisational, time‐management, and problem‐solving skillsAbility to work independently while also leading and supporting a teamValid driver's licenceWhite Card / OHS Construction InductionEWP licenceRestricted or Open Cabling Registration (desirable)Professional presentation and a safety‐first mindset
