Protech Cairns is currently seeking a Project System Representative (PSR)to join our client, a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads, supporting the delivery of road infrastructure and maintenance projects across Queensland.If you're highly organise, detail-focused, and enjoy working with project systems, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects while building your career within a respected government-affiliated organisation.About the Role As a Project System Representative, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams by maintaining project information, managing system data, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting processes.Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining project management systems and databasesCoordinating the collection, validation, and reporting of project informationSupporting project teams with system processes, documentation, and compliance requirementsMonitoring project data to ensure accuracy and qualityPreparing reports and providing insights to support decision‐makingLiaising with project personnel and stakeholders to resolve system‐related issuesAssisting with continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery systemsTo be successful in this position, you will have:Experience in project administration, project controls, business systems,



or a similar roleStrong analytical and problem‐solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environmentIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting toolsExperience within construction, civil infrastructure, engineering, or government environments will be highly regardedWhat's in it for You?
