You'll work alongside Senior Engineers, support a wide range of customer environments, and gain hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies while developing toward a future Level 3 position.Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 technical support across Microsoft environments.Troubleshoot servers,



networking and cloud technologies.Assist with infrastructure projects and customer deployments.Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.Work closely with Senior Engineers on larger implementations.Produce clear technical documentation.Visit client sites across Sydney when required.TechnologiesMicrosoft 365Windows ServerActive DirectoryDNSVMwareCiscoMerakiFortinetVeeamConnectWise or similar PSAEndpoint Management platformsSkills/Must Have:2 to 4+ years' experience within an MSP.Passion for learning and progressing technically.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Current Australian Driver's License.Clear pathway into Level 3 Engineering.Exposure to enterprise infrastructure projects.Ongoing technical mentoring.Training and certification support.Supportive and collaborative engineering team.Opportunity to work across a diverse range of technologies and industries.Market-competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
