L.A.F Electrical is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team on a full-time basis.

As an Electrician, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality electrical services to our clients, ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction on every project.
Your work will be integral to maintaining our reputation as a trusted electrical service provider in the local community.What you'll be doingInstalling, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with Australian electrical standards and regulationsReading and interpreting electrical , technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to guide installation and repair workConducting routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify faults and potential hazardsDiagnosing electrical problems and implementing effective solutions to restore functionalityEnsuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standardsComplying with all relevant health and safety legislation and company procedures on job sitesCommunicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional adviceMaintaining accurate records of work completed and materials usedLearn to use company work flow platforms.Collaborating with team members and other tradespeople to complete projects efficientlyMust be able to complete detailed electrical installations into architectural houses.What we're looking forCurrent Australian electrical licence or equivalent qualification recognised in NSWProven experience working as an Electrician in residential, commercial,Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a qualified Electrician is requiredAble to work on commercial switch boards and domestic.Willing to collaborate with builders and order of materials and manage apprentices.Able to adapt and think of solutions on the fly.Willing to join a small team to grow.95% of work is on the Central Coast.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations, including the National Electrical Code of AustraliaProficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand toolsAbility to interpret technical drawings.Data and communication experience desired but not essentialExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and customer service skillsPhysical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when requiredCurrent First Aid certification or willingness to obtain itA valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to job sitesA commitment to continuous career development and staying current with industry advancementsAustralian citizenship is required for this position.Able to work alone and complete tasks in a timely manner.What we offerL.A.
