POSITIONS AVAILABLEWe are expanding our civil construction team and are currently seeking experienced and reliable excavator operators to join our projects in Townsville.
These are hands‐on roles, essential to delivering high‐quality civil works, including earthworks, trenching, and general site operations.If you take pride in your work, operate machinery safely and efficiently, and want to be part of a strong, growing team - we want to hear from you.We value experience and skill, and we're willing to offer competitive pay for the right operator who brings reliability, solid work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities - but not limited to;Machine & Excavator OperatorsOperate excavators, loaders, rollers, and other plant equipmentConduct daily pre-start checks and maintain machineryUndertake bulk earthworks and site preparation, detailed excavation, pipe trenching, slab preparation and road and carparking pavementsOperation of machines with GPS is an advantage but not essentialUndertaking of QA procedures including safety, quality, environmental checklistsProven experience in relevant field (5+ years preferred)Minimum 2 years civil construction experience is essentialSound knowledge of materials, tools, and construction techniquesAbility to read and interpret construction plansWhite Card (Construction Induction) - essentialCurrent driver's licence and reliable transportPrevious experience in civil construction (preferred)Machine operators must hold multiple relevant tickets including excavator, roller, loader, or skid steer certificationsStrong work ethic, attention to detail,
