sending and following up proposals.The RoleOutbound calls and arrangement of meetings with Account Management teamHandling inbound inquiries - calls, emails and webchatProcess quotations and sales ordersLead generation & cold callingData entry and other administrative ad hoc dutiesAbout YouTo succeed in this role you will have:Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar client relationship support and customer service role.Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment is desirableExperience in calendar and booking management.Experience in cold calling & telemarketing to a range of different customers.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitaskStrong attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, ExcelGreat team player.
