and diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.What You'll Be Doing:PipelayersReading and interpreting plans to ensure "first-time" accuracy, precision installation of stormwater and concrete drainage systems & collaborating with site supervisors and engineers to solve in office challenges.OperatorsOperating excavators from 5T - 50T with knowledge and confidence and with a focus on site safety.
Experience in trenching and benching is a must!
LabourersAssisting the crew with site setup, moving materials, and keeping the job moving safely and taking direction from senior Pipelayers to learn the trade and level up your skills on-site.
This is a physically demanding role.Hours are generally 7am - *****pm 5 days a week.What You Bring to the Crew:Safety Mindset: You look out for your mates and ensure the site meets industry standards.Positive attitude: You're someone who shows up with a great attitude, looks out for your mates, and is happy to lend a hand wherever the crew needs it most.Reliability: You show up, work hard, and take pride in a job done right.
