and engaging your team in safety initiatives.Financial & Operational PerformanceDrive profitable store performance through effective management of sales, budgets, margins, inventory, and rostering.
Utilise business reporting, scorecards, and workforce management tools to maximise results, control costs, and minimise loss.Leadership & Sales GrowthLead by example and bring the Autobarn values to life every day.
Inspire, motivate, and empower your team to achieve sales targets, deliver operational excellence, and provide outstanding customer service.Store Presentation & StandardsEnsure the consistent execution of retail processes, visual merchandising standards, promotional activity, and store presentation, creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for every customer.People Development & CultureBuild and develop a passionate, capable team by recruiting for values, coaching performance, recognising success, and creating opportunities for growth.

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused retail leader who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.To Be Successful In This Role, You'll BringProven leadership experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader, ideally within automotive, specialty retail,
or a large-format retail environment.Strong people leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.A commercial and results-driven mindset, with experience delivering sales growth, achieving KPIs, and managing store performance.Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers, team members, and key stakeholders.A values-led and collaborative approach, with the adaptability to lead change, inspire others, and create a positive team culture.A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, compliance, and risk management, ensuring a safe and productive environment for both customers and team members.Experience or interest in the automotive industry is highly regarded, but most importantly, we're looking for a passionate leader who can bring out the best in their team and drive outstanding results.Additional InformationWhy join Bapcor?
