One of Inghams biggest processing sites.As one of Inghams Production Supervisor you will ensure smooth, safe and efficient production processes, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
This is a hands‐on leadership position, where you'll guide and support your team to achieve production targets, meet safety and quality standards, and continuously improve processes.Hours: 5:00am – 3:00pm (10hr shifts), four days a week with one RDO weekly.Daily TasksSupervise and lead a team to meet production goalsEnsure compliance is met across safety and food safety standardsMonitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessaryProvide hands‐on support to the team,
