Sales & Order Support Administrator *** IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE ***Slacks Creek, QLD | Full-time, 40 hours | Flexible start timesOwn the flow from order to dispatchWe're a wholesale tile and building products business in Slacks Creek, and we're looking for someone who takes real satisfaction in getting the details right.This is the role where orders come in, paperwork gets tracked, freight gets booked, and customers get told exactly where their goods are.
You are the traffic light for our warehouse and customer order flow.
Nothing gets forgotten on your watch.We need someone dependableYou're a critical part of feeding workload into our warehouse team.
When you're on the ball, the floor knows what to pick and when it's going out - and customers get what they were promised.
There are teams and customers counting on you turning up and following through, every day.What you'll be doingEntering customer orders accurately into our systemsAnswering phone and email enquiries - product info, order status, delivery updatesBooking freight and coordinating with the warehouse so orders go out right and arrive intactLooking after customers and drivers collecting from the warehouseManaging sample orders and stock adjustments for damaged/sample goodsInvoicing on dispatch, reconciling payments,



sending monthly statementsKeeping records and documentation tight across every order and interactionFlexible hours - genuinelyOur warehouse runs 7am-3pm.
Our wholesale customers run 8am-5pm.
That means we can build your start time around what suits you: come in early with the warehouse, or start later and cover the back end of the customer day.
