The role supports participants to work towards their goals, maintain dignity, exercise choice and control,



and participate in daily routines and community life.This role reports to the Direct Supports Team Leader.Supports may include:personal caredaily living assistancehousehold taskscommunity accesstransport supportcompleting shift notes, handover, and other required documentationreporting incidents, risks, injuries, complaints, safeguarding concerns, and changes in participant needsThe role also requires workers to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries, follow Regional Link policies and procedures, and participate in induction, training, supervision, and continuous improvement activities.To be successful in this role, you will haveCurrent First Aid and CPRAbility to provide supports safely and respectfully within role, training, and competenceAbility to communicate clearly and maintain accurate recordsCurrent NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceBlue Card / Working with Children CheckCurrent driver licence and a reliable vehicleExperience providing direct support to people with disability or other people requiring daily supportRight to work in AustraliaCertificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or similar, or evidence of a similar level of relevant skills and experienceExperience working independently in home and community-based settingsExperience supporting participants with complex needs, mobility support, or higher-risk environments
