The Chance: Due to positive growth, we are looking to welcome a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or students in their final year of a business-related degree who are ready to kick-start their career.
This role will see you take responsibility for client interactions to market, assess and identify high quality candidates,



and ensure overall client satisfaction.
The Day-to-Day: A big part of your role will be to engage with people both over the phone and in person.
If talking on the phone is not your thing, recruitment might not be ideal for you.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing recruitment solutions.
Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including online job portals and recruitment tools.
Screen, interview and proactively engage potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for clients.
Arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role.
Social media marketing.
Keeping in regular contact with candidates to ensure the best possible candidate experience.
About You: We are looking to welcome a proactive, well-spoken individual to join our team on a full time basis.
If you have a background in customer service/sales/marketing, or think you have what it takes to be a top-notch recruiter,
Natural ability to connect with people.
Currently studying or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
You have a proactive mindset and are always looking for ways to improve.
You are persistent, resilient, and motivated to achieve results.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Previous experience in a customer service role (i.e. sales, retail, admin/reception) is highly regarded.
Recruitment experience is not necessary!
