With multiple projects commencing and strong pipelines of work already secured, we're looking for reliable workers ready to start immediately.You'll be working across a variety of civil construction projects including subdivisions, road infrastructure, bulk earthworks, and land development.

and civil infrastructure projectsConsistent Monday–Friday work with overtime opportunities availableGenuine chance to transition into permanent employmentWork with supportive site teams and established contractorsKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out general civil labouring duties across active construction sitesAssist with site establishment, clean-up, and material handlingSpot machinery and support operators during excavation worksAssist with trenching, drainage, pipe laying, and backfillingWork alongside civil crews to ensure projects are completed safely and efficientlyFollow all workplace health and safety proceduresSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience working as a Civil Labourer within the civil construction industryExperience on subdivision, roadworks, or infrastructure projects highly regardedPit and pipe experience advantageous but not essentialCurrent White Card requiredRII tickets highly regarded but not essentialPhysically fit and capable of working in a hands-on outdoor environmentReliable, punctual, and available for immediate commencementStrong commitment to workplace health and safety
