We service the North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs and Western Sydney, with a warehouse based in Chatswood.
About the Role
Lead our construction division and own delivery of premium concrete pool/poolscape renovations and prefabricated pool installation projects across Sydney.
Run your own portfolio of jobs, team lead project managers, deliver projects on time, budget and to a high standard.
You will report to the Managing Director.

We're a structured business at the start of a robust growth trajectory, using standard operating procedures, project management software with admin support behind you.
You'll need to be comfortable with admin and using technology in your day to day.
What You'll Do
Manage your own portfolio of jobs plus oversight of the whole division
Keep every job on schedule and on budget, start to finish
Schedule all works- Run trade sequencing
Lead the team, and manage subcontractors for quality and reliability
Own quality control onsite




Run divisional safety: WHS, SWMS, site inductions, safe plant operation
Set the standard for how the team presents on site
Track timesheets and report weekly on budget and schedule
Concreting, pool plumbing and other project related tasks as required.

Who You Are
Landscaping or pool experience essential
Experience in concreting and structures
Confident leading teams and subcontractors

Safety conscious, across WHS
Comfortable with admin and happy to use tech throughout your workflow
What We Offer
$110,000 to $130,000+, base plus vehicle/tools/uniform
