We are seeking a Supervisor in the Gold Coast Region to lead theonsite delivery of commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and building rectification projectsacross multiple sectors.This role offers genuine variety, with exposure to a diverse range of work acrossmultiple sectors including Hospitality, Commercial Insurance, Retirement Living andcommercial fit outs.
It's an opportunity to work on multifaceted projects, broaden yourexperience, and play a key role in delivering tailored solutions for a wide-rangingclient base.Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for managing day-to-dayactivities on site, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring that work isdelivered safely, on time, and to scope.
You will play a hands-on role in deliveringhigh-quality outcomes for our clients and supporting the wider Aizer team.Key responsibilities include:Pre-Construction tasks such as site inspections and scoping, assisting our estimating team with scope queries and sourcing contractorsOversee day-to-day onsite operations across multiple projects within a designated geographical area.Coordinate internal trades and subcontractors to ensure timely deliveryEnsure compliance with WHS, quality standards, and environmental regulationsConduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and site safety inspectionsMonitor project schedules and adjust work programs as requiredManage site documentation including QA inspections, safety records,



andLiaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updatesSupport the management of labour, materials, and subcontractorWork with our Project Coordinators to maintain accurate project budgetsMaintain site-based cost tracking and review progress claims and invoicesLead by example with a robust focus on safety, quality, and customer serviceWork alongside and learn from our existing experienced Supervisors and Project ManagersAbout YouYou're a confident, organised leader with strong site experience and a hands-onapproach to getting things done safely and to standard.To be successful in this role you will have:Demonstrated experience supervising or delivering commercial and domestic construction projectsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ideally in sectors such as education, aged care, health, and governmentSolid understanding of building codes, WHS requirements, and quality standardsProven ability to lead trades and subcontractors on active construction sitesEffective communication and leadership skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with project documentation and computer-based reporting (MS Office & site management tools)The OfferYou will be joining an established and growing organisation with a reputation forquality and innovation.
