This now opens up an exciting position for a hands-on qualified Electrical Fitter wishing to join our dedicated team in progressing with the Company through exciting times.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly and installation of leak tester control boardsSetting out wiring from sensors and devicesControl pneumatic tubing and testing of all machines; the higher the pneumatic understanding, the better.Assist with packaging machines at times.Switchboard building and reading of schematic drawingsAssist with development and design, and oversee appropriate documentationSupervision of electrical safety and adherence to OH&S; standardsOffsite work dealing with customer service requirements, installation and breakdownsYour AttributesFully qualified, licensed and experienced electrician with excellent communication ability,



dual trade or equivalent is even betterMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a qualified electrician is requiredVery Computer literate, i.e. Excel, Word and the capacity to make electrical drawings would be advantageousPLC programming skills, very highly regardedBasic understanding of PLC programming is required to support our automation systemsSound knowledge of switchboard wiring rules and regulationsUnderstanding of mechanical and electrical drawingsStrong prioritisation, organisational and time management skills, Ability to work unsupervised.High-quality troubleshooting ability.High mechanical aptitude required; must be comfortable in all areas of the workshop.
