AHA NSW invites applications for a Lawyer in the Legal and Industrial Affairs Department.
The role focuses primarily on employment/IR law and liquor licensing and gaming compliance, providing advice to members and supporting the incorporated legal practice.The successful candidate will advise on employee relations matters, investigations, terminations, and compliance, and advocate in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals.
NSW admission with 2–3 years PAE is mandatory.
