This role is critical to managing our substantial portfolio of lease renewals, while also contributing to new site negotiations as we continue to grow.

About the Role
As Leasing Executive, you'll take ownership of a high volume of lease renewal negotiations across our portfolio, ensuring favourable terms and timely outcomes for the business.
Alongside this, you'll support new site identification and negotiation for select growth opportunities.
You'll work closely with Brand GMs, Finance, and the wider Property team to protect and grow our retail footprint.
Success in this role means managing a busy renewal pipeline efficiently and commercially — while building lasting relationships with landlords and internal stakeholders along the way.
Please note: this role requires travel.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning end-to-end lease negotiations across a large, active portfolio — this will be the core focus of the role
Conducting financial analysis on renewal and new deals to ensure outcomes align with business expectations
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords to support favourable, timely renewal outcomes
Supporting growth plans by assisting with new site identification and lease negotiations, in partnership with Bnd GMs, Finance, and Property teams
Presenting renewal and leasing recommendations to senior management with clarity and confidence
What You'll Bring
Experience - 2–5 years' property leasing experience, ideally with a retailer or landlord
Negotiation -Solid negotiation skills; able to manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Communication - Strong written and verbal skills, comfortable liaising with a broad range of landlords and retailers
Relationship Building - Track record of building strong internal and external business relationships
Organisation - Ability to manage a large, active pipeline of renewals with robust attention to detail and follow-through
