You will be responsible for managing accommodation reservations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience while supporting the hotel's revenue goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accommodation reservations via phone, email, and online channelsRespond to guest enquiries and process bookings accuratelyModify and cancel reservations as requiredUpsell room types, packages, and hotel servicesEnsure reservation details are entered correctly into the property management systemWork closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to maximise occupancy and guest satisfactionHandle group bookings and special requestsAbout YouPrevious experience in reservations, front office, or customer service preferredExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskConfident using hotel reservation systems (RMS experience is an advantage)Positive, proactive, and guest-focusedFlexible to work weekends and public holidays as required
