In this full time position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality furniture products.Key responsibilitiesProviding knowledgeable and personalised assistance to customers in selecting the perfect furniture pieces for their homes or businessesDemonstrating product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisionsAchieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniquesMaintaining a visually appealing and well-organised showroom to showcase our furniture collectionsAssisting with inventory management, product merchandising, and stock replenishment tasksResolving customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional mannerCollaborating with the broader retail team to provide a seamless customer experienceWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the furniture or home furnishings industryA minimum of 1-2 years retail or sales experience is required for this positionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
