You will play a key role in leading an established team, developing emerging clinical leaders and using data to drive meaningful improvements in quality, compliance and resident outcomes.If you are clinically strong, commercially aware and passionate about developing people, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact while joining a supportive organisation.About the RoleAs the operational leader of a 113-bed residential aged care home, you will lead, mentor and oversee all aspects of clinical and operational performance.This role combines clinical governance, operational leadership, workforce development and continuous quality improvement within a well‐supported leadership structure.Reporting alongside two Clinical Care Coordinators, each supported by a dedicated Registered Nurse, you will provide the clinical leadership and mentoring required to develop the team while ensuring strong resident outcomes and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day‐to‐day operations of a 113-bed Residential Aged Care homeMentor and develop two Clinical Care Coordinators and their clinical teamsDrive clinical governance,
