Bakers Delight Rutherford is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Baker to join our established bakery team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of fresh bread and bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and production efficiency.Weigh and combine flour, yeast, water and other ingredients according to recipesMix, knead, mature, cut, mould and shape dough for bread and bakery productsProduce breads, rolls, buns, artisan loaves and specialty bakery itemsOperate commercial mixers, dividers, moulders, provers and ovensMonitor fermentation, proving, dough temperature and product consistencySet and adjust oven temperatures, baking times and production equipmentInspect ingredients and finished products to ensure quality standards are metFollow daily production sheets and complete products within required timeframesMaintain appropriate stock levels and rotate ingredients correctlyRecord production quantities, stock usage and product wastageMaintain clean and hygienic equipment,
