Proline Building Commercial is seeking a Builders Labourer to join our team on a casual basis.
Based in Concord NSW ****, this role is fundamental to the successful delivery of our building and commercial projects.
As a Builders Labourer, you will provide essential support to our construction teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly and safely from start to finish.
This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry whilst contributing to high-quality building outcomes.Key responsibilitiesAssisting site teamsPerforming general labouring duties including digging, moving materials, and site cleanupLoading and unloading building materials and equipment from vehiclesSupporting the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and safety equipmentMaintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulationsFollowing instructions from site supervisorAssisting with the sorting and storage of building materials and wasteContributing to a positive and team-oriented team environment on siteWhat we're looking forPhysical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks safely and efficientlyA genuine enthusiasm for working in the construction and building industryBasic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sitesReliability and a strong work ethic with a commitment to punctualityAbility to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors and tradespeopleWillingness to learn and develop skills in a construction environmentAustralian Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card) or willingness to obtain onePrevious labouring experience of at least 5 years is requiredIf you have any licenses or tickets this would be an advantageWhat we offerWorking with Proline Building Commercial offers you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic construction team delivering quality building and commercial projects.
