Taree Toyota, a trusted and family-owned business are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focusedService Advisors (trainee or experienced)to join our team.We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality vehicles.About the RoleAct as the first point of contact for service customers, delivering a welcoming and qualified experience.Accurately assess and document customer concerns and vehicle issues.Recommend appropriate services and repairs, providing clear and transparent explanations.Prepare detailed repair orders and maintain accurate records in the dealership management system.Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate and prioritise repair work.Provide timely and proactive updates to customers throughout the service process.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.Promote dealership maintenance plans, warranty services,



and aftercare options.Maintain compliance with manufacturer service processes and warranty procedures.Support service department operations in achieving daily productivity and efficiency targets.Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to FridayWho Are You?
